House rules
Welcome to El Aleph, a place where calm, nature and enjoyment come first. We hope you feel at home right away. This villa was designed with great care and sits in a unique setting in the middle of nature. So that everyone can fully enjoy this special place, we kindly ask you to respect the house rules below.
01 . Rule
Respect for calm and surroundings
El Aleph sits in complete privacy in a green valley, at the end of a dead-end road. The silence and the natural surroundings are what make this place special. We ask you to respect this calm, both for the environment and for future guests.
Between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am we ask for extra attention to silence. Please keep music, conversations on the terrace and other sounds at a moderate level. Parties or events are only possible after prior agreement.
02 . Rule
Taking care of the villa
This home was furnished with great attention so that guests feel at home right away. Please handle the furniture, decoration, dishware and all amenities with care.
If something gets damaged during your stay or a defect appears, please let us know as soon as possible. Small issues can often be solved easily when they are reported in time.
03 . Rule
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Outside is, of course, fine. Please use the ashtrays provided and be extra careful during warm and dry periods, given the natural surroundings.
04 . Rule
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the villa.
05 . Rule
Pool and outdoor areas
The pool and the outdoor areas are made to fully unwind and enjoy the view, the sun and long days outside.
Children may only use the pool under the supervision of an adult. Use of the pool and outdoor facilities is always at your own responsibility.
For safety reasons, please do not use glassware in or around the pool. Please also treat the loungers, lounge cushions and outdoor furniture with care.
06 . Rule
Children welcome
El Aleph is a wonderful place for families. There is plenty of room to play, explore and enjoy outdoor life.
Because the home has a pool, a trampoline and several outdoor areas, we ask parents to always supervise their children carefully.
07 . Rule
Air conditioning and energy use
The villa has air conditioning in the various living and sleeping areas. We ask you to use energy and water responsibly.
Please do not leave windows and doors open when the air conditioning is running, and switch off lights and electrical appliances when you leave the house.
08 . Rule
Barbecue and outdoor kitchen
The outdoor kitchen and barbecue are made to enjoy long evenings and convivial dinners together.
After use, please leave everything tidy and make sure any fire or heat is completely extinguished.
09 . Rule
Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the house before 10:00 am.
On departure, please clear the dishes you used, dispose of waste correctly and leave the home tidy.
