Reservation
Payment and cancellation terms
On booking we ask a 50% deposit of the total amount. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the stay.
For a booking made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
For cancellations more than 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Within 8 weeks before arrival, no refund of the total amount is possible. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
Security
Security deposit
The security deposit is €500.
This amount is transferred together with the balance in advance. If you leave El Aleph in good condition and no damage is found, the deposit is refunded within 14 days.
Good to know
Essential information
- 01Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season. Outside that, to be agreed.
- 02Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
- 03Pets are not allowed.
- 04Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- 05Children are very welcome.
- 06The pool is heated by solar energy; a constant temperature cannot always be guaranteed.
- 07El Aleph is reachable by a standard car, but an SUV is more comfortable on the mountainous terrain.
- 08Outside school holidays: special rates for a group up to 4 guests. Contact us!
- 09From November to March (except Christmas holidays): flexible arrival and departure dates for a booking of at least 14 days.
